Should our services be unsatisfactory, we will gladly refund your payment. However, for product development (website etc), we have a "NO REFUND" policy

Web Design, Digital Services and Product

Our service period extends up to a maximum of 1 business-week. For small projects, product is delivered within one service period. Customers will make payment only after delivery and the product meets customer's expectation. NO REFUND will be processed for product developed at any circumstances. 

For more engaging projects that span over multiple service periods, customers will make payment at the end of each service period once fully satisfied. 

Customers may CANCEL the contract before next service period begins and no further payment will be accepted. 

Database Administration

A Database Administration contract can be ended anytime by customers without advance notice. Customers will be liable for payment only for the completed term/hours and there is absolutely NO REFUND for completed design and administration.

Cancellation Procedure/Feedback

All cancellation requests (future services) as well as feedback must be initiated through the email id provided in the contact page. Without which we cannot track such requests and thus it will NOT be honored
